COMBAT: MELEE Weapons
The DPV of any melee weapon is its listed value, plus ( [STRENGTH-9] +
weapon_prof)/30, less 0.3. However [STRENGTH-9] is never less than zero. An
unskilled attack is, as usual, one degree *harder* (ie usually DIFFICULT). An
attack versus an unarmed opponent is one degree *easier*.
COMBAT: DRAWING WEAPONS (optional) When drawing, make skill+DEX roll.
I success = COOL + 4 in first round
D success = COOL + 2 @
R success = normal
S success = COOL - 2
To connect a neural jack while drawing is a separate D-DEX+skill roll.
COMBAT: NEURAL JACKED SIGHTS
When changing targets, or turning the jack on or off, all tasks become one
level more difficult. It requires a D-INT roll to notice anything but the
current target.
